Orders are processed within 1-1 business days after they are placed. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. The cutoff time for processing orders each day is 5 PM (EST). We do not support shipping to multiple addresses in a single order.
During peak periods, processing times may be extended.
If your order has a tracking number assigned, it means your order has been processed and is now in transit.
If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Transit Time: 1-1 business days , Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for items to travel from our fulfillment center to your delivery address.
Therefore, from the moment you pay for this order, you may receive your package within 2-10 business days. We use this timeframe as a precaution to ensure your order delivers in time, but in most cases orders arrive well before the maximum time frame.

Loss and Damages:

If you have not received your package after the maximum shipping time, please contact us support@rueoo.com, and we will resend it to you.
Please take a photo of the damaged package as evidence and refuse to accept it, and send it to our customer service at support@rueoo.com, and we will resend it to you.
